Delivery time
Orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days after they ship. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of the carrier, weather, or events outside our control.
How we ship
Orders are carefully packed in Hong Kong and delivered within the United States by USPS. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way.
Order updates
Watch your inbox (and spam folder) for shipping and tracking emails. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of placing your order, email support@lanovawatch.com.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
PO Boxes
USPS can deliver to many PO Boxes. If your PO Box cannot accept the package, extra delivery time or a pickup at the post office may be required.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, email support@lanovawatch.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
