How to start a return
Email support@lanovawatch.com with your order number. We will send you a free return shipping label.
What to send back
Ship the watch back in the original box for a full refund. Include the watch and the accessories that came with your order.
When your refund is issued
When we receive your return, we inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. We will email you updates.
Time limit
Returns must be requested within 120 days of delivery.
Items we may not fully refund
We may refuse or reduce a refund if the item is returned incomplete, damaged beyond normal try-on use, or without the original box.

If you need a different size band or a replacement, email support@lanovawatch.com with your order number and we will help.
